  • 3 Tbsp. blackberry jam

  1. Butter the bread: Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of sourdough bread to ensure a crispy golden crust when grilled.

  3. Add toppings: Layer the bread in the skillet with Swiss cheese, cooked bacon slices, and jalapeño slices evenly on top.
  4. Apply jam: On the other slice of bread, spread the blackberry jam on the unbuttered side.
  5. Assemble the sandwich: Place the jam-covered bread on top of the bacon and cheese slice, with the buttered side facing outward.
