This No-Bake Christmas Oreo Lasagna is a festive, layered dessert featuring a crunchy Oreo crust, creamy sweetened cream cheese layer, smooth vanilla pudding, and optional marshmallows for extra fluffiness. Garnished with crushed peppermint candies, colorful sprinkles, and whole Oreos, it’s perfect for holiday celebrations and requires no baking—just chilling!

Ingredients

Oreo Crust

  • 1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies (regular or holiday-themed)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pudding Layer

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk

Optional Topping

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional, for extra fluffiness)
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies or mini M&Ms (for garnish)
  • Red and green sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
  • Extra whole Oreos for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo Crust: In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies (reserving some whole Oreos for topping) until finely crushed. Combine the crushed Oreos with the melted butter and mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9Ă—13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Set aside.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with the vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and smooth. Spread this layer evenly over the prepared Oreo crust in the baking dish.
  3. Make the Pudding Layer: In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until well combined. Let the mixture sit for about 2 minutes to thicken. Once thickened, spread the pudding layer evenly over the cream cheese layer in the dish.
  4. Top with Marshmallows (Optional): For added fluffiness, sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the pudding layer.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate the assembled lasagna for at least 3 hours or until it’s fully set. This chilling allows the layers to firm up, making the dessert easy to slice and serve.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Just before serving, garnish the top of the lasagna with crushed peppermint candies or mini M&Ms, red and green sprinkles if using, and arrange extra whole Oreo cookies as decoration. Slice into squares and enjoy the festive treat!
